Defining days and periods

You can use the Basic Structure tab to set the days and periods in the timetable cycle.

Tip: Ensure that periods match those in Timetable Maintenance in Synergetic. See Creating timetables for new terms, years and 10-day cycles.

To define the days and periods:

Select Basic Data > School Structure from the main menu.

The School Structure - Basic Structure tab is displayed.
Update the following fields, if your organisation has different days and periods:
• Days In Cycle
• Max Time Periods Per Day.
