Description
The StudentContact:HTMLFlag configuration setting determines whether HTML formatting can be used in emails sent to portal users.

Default value
The default value is False. Emails sent to portal users cannot be formatted in HTML.

Setting a different value
Select the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to set it to True. Emails sent to portal users can be formatted in HTML. See Using CustomHTML.
