Description
The StudentContact:EnabledFlag configuration setting determines whether sending email notifications to portal users is allowed.

Default value
The default value is False. Sending email notifications to portal users is not allowed.

Setting a different value
Select the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to set it to True. Sending email notifications to portal users is allowed. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
