Description

Use the DetailedViewEndDate configuration setting to determine the date after which users will no-longer see the detailed of list of charges and only their amount owing on the Payment Plans tab of the Community Portal.

Detailed list of charges shown
Only amount owing shown

Default value

The default value is Blank.

Setting a different value

Type a new date (yyyy-mm-dd) into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to change the date after which users will no-longer see the detailed of list of charges on the Payment Plans tab of the Community Portal. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
