Description
The FilePathOnlyStored:VisibleFlag configuration setting defines whether documents stored only as a file location are displayed on the Docs tab.
Note: Documents stored as a file location only are not stored in the Synergetic database, and therefore not available to users through the Community Portal.
Default value
The default value is True. Documents stored only as a file location are displayed on the Docs tab.
Setting a different value
Clear the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to prevent the Docs tab from displaying documents stored as a file location only. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
