Description
The PastoralCare:Confidential configuration setting determines the email template for emailing confidential pastoral care items. It uses replaceable fields to incorporate the appropriate information.

StudentName

Name of the student the pastoral care item is about.

StudentCampus

Campus the student belongs to.

StudentYearLevel

Student's year level.

StudentHouse

Student's house.

StudentForm

Student's form.

StudentTutor

Name of the student's tutor.

PastoralCareDate

Date the pastoral care item was created.

PastoralCare-TypeDescription

Description of the pastoral care item type.

PastoralCare-MethodDescription

Description of the pastoral care method.

PastoralCare-InitiatorDescription

Description of the pastoral care initiator.

Involved

List of the parties involved in the pastoral care item.

PastoralCare-FollowUpFlag

Flag indicating whether the pastoral care item needs to be followed up.

DistributionBlock

List of email addresses the email has been sent to.

PastoralCare-CreatedByName

Name of the community member who created the pastoral care item.

PastoralCareDetails

Public details of the pastoral care item.

PastoralCare-FollowUpDate

Date the pastoral care item was followed up.

ActionBlock

The action details of the pastoral care item. The email template can be set using the PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting. See PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting.

The default value is:

Setting a different value

Type the new value in the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
