Description
The luPastoralCareContactType lookup table defines types of pastoral care contacts. For example, counsellors or chaplains.

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Code to identify the contact type.
Description	Description of the contact type.
SynergyMeaning	Synergy meaning for the contact type. For example: FORM - the student's form leader HOUSE - the student's head of house PCCONTACT - a pastoral care staff member such as a counsellor or chaplain RELATION- the student's relation TUTOR - the student's tutor YLEVEL - the student's year level coordinator.
CanChoose-AllFlag	Select if this contact type can choose to view all items or only their own. A toggle field is displayed on the Pastoral Care filters tab of Pastoral Care Maintenance for these contacts.
ShortDescription	Description used as the column header on the Pastoral Care Maintenance grid. This short description applies for contact types with a SynergyMeaning of: TUTOR FORM CLASS YLEVEL. Note: The ShortDescription field can contain a maximum of 10 characters.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
