Description
The AgeFormat configuration setting determines the age format used to display age information on Co-Curricular Maintenance grids.
You can type:
- Y to display age as 12
- YYMM to display age as 27 yrs 4 mths
- Y.M to display age as 27.3.
Default value
The default value is YM. The student age is displayed as 12 Y 3M.
Setting a new value
Type a new value into the Value field in Configuration File Maintenance to change the age format used to display age information on Co-Curricular Maintenance grids.
