Description of the dashboard tile.

ActiveFlag

Whether the selected dashboard tile is active at your organisation.

SortOrder

Order that the dashboard tiles are displayed on the SynWeb homepage.

TileType

Type of dashboard tile. Currently there are seven types:

• Action Centre
• Classes
• CoCurric
• Custom
• Debug
• SSRS
• Timetable.
• PTI

Content

Custom content for the selected dashboard tile

Note: This field is only used when the Custom tile type is selected.

TileParameters

Custom parameters for the selected dashboard tile.

ForceVisibleFlag

Select this field to disable hiding for the selected dashboard tile.

Colour

Colour of the dashboard tile.

SecurityMeaning

Select to assign a security meaning of either:

• ALL to allow all users to access the dashboard tile
• GROUP to only allow users authorised through Group security to access the dashboard tile.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
