Resetting your Online application portal password

To reset your Online application portal password:

1. Navigate to the Welcome page of the Online application portal.
   The Welcome page of the Online application portal page is displayed.
   
2. Click .
   The Login tab is displayed.
   

3. Click the Forgot password? link.
   The Forgot your password window is displayed.
   

4. Type your email into the Email field. 

5. Click .
   The Reset Password email is sent to your nominated email address.

6. Locate the reset password email in your email inbox.

7. Click the Reset Password link. 
   The Reset your password window is displayed. 

8. Type your new password in the Password field. 

9. Re-type your new password in the Re-enter password field. 

10. Click Reset. 
    The password has been reset.
