Form Settings window - Publish tab

You can use the Publish tab to define:

publishing period
URL where the form is published
URL where users are sent after submitting the form.

Opening the Publish tab

To open the Publish tab:

Click .
The General tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.
Click the Publish tab.
The Publish tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.

Form Settings window - Publish tab key fields and buttons

Fields

Field	Description
Published From	Date the form is published.
Published To	Date the form is removed from publication.
Publish to URL (folder)	Folder used to publish the form. Note: This is a folder on your organisation's website. The resultant URL of the published form is based on the: URL of the Online application portal defined by the OnlineApplicationsPortal:URL configuration setting. See OnlineApplicationsPortal_URL configuration setting. the form's folder as defined by this field.
Redirect URL	Website where users are sent after submitting the form.

Description

Unpublish the form. See Unpublishing forms.

Note: You must unpublish a form before it can be used as a template.
