Use the Accommodation Availability window to view room availability on any given date.
To open the Accommodation Availability window:
- Select Accommodation > Bookings Availability from the SynWeb main menu.
The Accommodation Availability window is displayed.
Accommodation Availability window key fields and buttons
Filter area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Date Range | Display availability for the selected date range. |
Location | Display availability for the selected location. |
Room Type | Display availability for the selected room type. |
Category | Display availability for the selected object category. |
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Description | Description of the room. |
Spaces | Number of reservation spaces the room has. |
Avail | Number of available reservation spaces the room has today. |
Month | The month of the cells below. |
Day | The number of available rooms of this type on this day. |
Buttons
Button | Description |
|---|---|
Clear all filter fields and display the default availability of all rooms for the next 30 days. |
