Description
The ENQ_Inactivity_Rpt_A:ExcludeStatuses configuration setting determines which enquiry status codes are excluded from the Enquiry Inactivity Report Action Centre report.

The default value is Blank.
Setting a new value
Type enquiry status codes into the Value field in the Configuration File Maintenance window to exclude the enquiry status codes from the Enquiry Inactivity Report Action Centre report.
