Description
The UseSecurity setting is used to enable the Security tab in Assessment Area Maintenance.
You can configure the system so that:
- department heads can only modify their own assessment areas
- teachers can only access and modify specific assessment codes or areas.
Default value
The default value is False.
Setting a different value
Select the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to True. See Maintaining configuration files.
