Description
The OverallCommentsFlag configuration setting determines whether the Overall Comments flag is selected by default on the Copy Student Results from Prior Term window.

Default value
The default value is False. The Overall Comments flag is not selected by default on the Copy Student Results from Prior Term window.

Setting a different value
Select the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the Overall Comments flag as a default selection on the Copy Student Results from Prior Term window. See Maintaining configuration files.
