Description
The RelationDescription configuration setting is used to set the value displayed on the Contacts tab of Current or Future Student Maintenance, when the:

student has been created as their own contact
student has no relationship with themselves on the Relations tab.

Default value
The default value is blank.

Setting a different value
Update the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Maintaining configuration files.

This value is displayed in brackets in the Contact Details area on the Contacts tab. In the following example, Bill Rogers is a student who is his own contact. The default value is highlighted below.
