Description
The luSubSchool lookup table is used to define any sub-school entries. This is used mostly by multi-campus organisations that provide schooling for all year levels at each campus.
For example, year levels can be grouped into a:
- junior school
- middle school
- senior school.
The sub-school entries are linked to year levels in the luYearLevel lookup table. For example, the SubSchool field is set to Middle for years 7, 8 and 9 - that is, the middle school. See luYearLevel lookup table (Next Year Process).
You can search for current students based on their sub-school. Students are retrieved based on the year levels that are linked to the sub-school. See Searching for existing students in the Current students manual.
