School has a Board

Select Yes or No to indicate whether your organisation has a governing board.

Board Name

Name of the board.

Board Type

Select the type of board. Values are defined in the luBoardType lookup table. See Maintaining lookup tables.

Number of Board Members

Enter the number of Male and Female board members.

Board is Incorporated

Select Yes or No to indicate whether the board is incorporated.

If No, Best Description of the Board

Select a description of the board's function if the board is not incorporated. Values are defined in the luSchoolBoardNonIncorportatedType lookup table. See Maintaining lookup tables.

School is a Parish Primary School

Select Yes if your organisation is a parish primary school. For example, the parish priest is the canonical administrator and delegates management to the principal and school staff.

School Board Advises the Parish as well as the School

Select Yes if your organisation's school board advises both your organisation and the parish.

School Board Serves More than One School

Select Yes if your organisation's school board serves more than one school.

Other Schools Served by the Board

Other schools served by your organisation's board.

Body of Canonical Jurisdiction

The body of canonical jurisdiction that your organisation operates under. For example, the parish priest, or a congregational leader. Values are defined in the luSchoolCanonicalJurisdictionBody lookup table. See Maintaining lookup tables.

Details

Any details about the body of canonical jurisdiction.

President of Canonical Admin Parish

The canonical administrator for your organisation. Values are defined in the luParish lookup table. See Maintaining lookup tables.

Information Valid as Date

Select the date that this information was last updated or confirmed as correct.

Launch the Find Lookup Record - luSchool window to search for schools that are served by the same board. Selected schools are added to the Other Schools Served by the Board field.
