Description

The AddressValidation:ConfirmOnValidate configuration setting determines whether confirmation alerts are displayed when addresses are validated using the Quick Address System (QAS).

Default value

The default value is False. Confirmation alerts are not displayed when addresses are validated using the Quick Address System (QAS).

Setting a different value

Select the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to display confirmation alerts when addresses are validated using the Quick Address System (QAS). See Maintaining configuration files.

Note: You can also set the value of this configuration setting using the Address Validation Confirmation Alert setting on the Interface Settings window. See Using the Interface Settings window.
