Use the Health Check tab to view the state of system queues and services at a glance including:

Opening the Health Check tab

To open the Health Check tab:

Select Module > System > System Queues.
Tip: You can also access the System Maintenance functions by clicking .
The Health Check tab of the System Dashboard - Queues and Services window is displayed.

System Dashboard - Queues and Services - Health Check tab key fields
Fields

Field	Description
Errors	Summary of the message queue errors.
Warnings	Summary of the message queue warnings.
Health Check Details	Review the grid area to determine the value applied to each field checked during the health check.

Common fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
	Indicates the outcome of the health check. You will see either: red alert indicating that errors or warnings were encountered green tick indicating that no errors or warnings were encountered.
Display For	Display queued messages for the selected time period.
Date/Time Range	Select a date and time range for the health check.

Time Resolution
Last Refreshed	Date and time that the message queues were last refreshed.
