To modify an existing lookup table entry:
- Right click in the field associated with the lookup table you want to modify.
A pop up menu similar to the following is displayed. - Select Modify Lookup Table Entry from the pop up menu.
The Modify Lookup Record window is displayed. - Make the required changes to the displayed fields.
- Click .
The modified record is stored in the lookup table.
Note: To delete a lookup table entry, you must use the program Module > System > Lookup Tables Maintenance. You cannot delete an entry from the right click menu.
