This field identifies the gender of the students attending your school.

Gender

The following genders are used in the Gender field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab (Roll returns).

Code	Meaning
1	Male / Tāne
2	Female / Wahine
3	Another gender
9	Not stated

Lookup table

Genders are defined in the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.

Note: Once you have defined genders using the luGender lookup table, you need to map outbound Synergetic lookup table values to New Zealand values using the NZMOE - New Zealand Ministry of Education external system on the Interface Settings window. Using the Interface Settings window.
