Use the Payroll/HR Discrepancies window to locate fields in the Payroll Maintenance program where staff member information is different between Payroll and Human resources.
To open the Payroll/HR Discrepancies window:
- Select Module > Payroll > Payroll Employee Maintenance.
The Set Payroll Search Criteria window is displayed. - Type in your search terms, if any.
Tip: For a complete list of all discrepancies, leave all search fields blank. - Select Discrepancy List.

Payroll/HR Discrepancies window key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Name | The name of the staff member with the discrepancy. |
ID | The Synergetic ID of the staff member with the discrepancy. |
Field | The field where information is different between Payroll and Human resources. |
HR | The value recorded in the Human Resources Maintenance program. |
Payroll | The value recorded in the Payroll Maintenance program. |
