Use the Allergy tab to maintain information about allergies suffered by students includingthe allergy:
- type
- severity
- treatment.
To open the Allergy tab:
- Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
• Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
• Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
• Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
• Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual. - Click

The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed. - Click the Allergy tab.

Fields
Field | Description |

Active | Whether the allergy is currently active. |
Medical Allergy | Type of allergy. See the luMedicalAllergyType lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Severity | Severity of the allergy. See the luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Description | Description of the allergy. |
Treatment | Treatment of the allergy. |
Modified By | Community member that last modified the selected allergy record. |
Modified Date | Date the selected allergy record was last modified. |
Allergy Seq | Unique identifying number for the allergy. |
