Monitoring staff data using the Human Resources Power BI Dashboard

You can use the Human Resources Power BI Dashboard to view and filter staff data including:

staff by job category and FTE
total staff by campus
total staff by department
total staff by gender.

You can use this interactive dashboard to explore the functionality of the Human Resources Power BI Dashboard.

Current Students Power BI Dashboard key tiles

Tile	Description
Total Staff	Total number of staff members represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Total FTE	Total FTE of the staff members represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Staff Start Year	Select a year from the drop-down list to display data for staff that started working in your organisation during the selected year.
Job Position Active	Select an option from the drop-down list to determine whether the dashboard displays all staff members or only active staff members.
Staff by Category & FTE	Total number of staff members and FTE for each job position used at your organisation. You can: Select a row to filter the dashboard content by the selected job position Select a column to filter the dashboard content by the selected campus.
Total Staff by Campus	Total number of staff members by campus. You can select a segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected campus.
Total Staff by Gender	Total number of staff members by gender. You can select a segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected gender. Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.
Total Staff by Department	Total number of staff members by department. You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by the selected department.
Job Position	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard content by the selected job positions.
Department	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard content by the selected departments.
Staff Details	List of staff members employed by your organisation including staff details for each record. You can: select a column to reorder the list of staff members by the selected header select a row to filter the dashboard content to display data for the selected staff record.
