Use the History tab to:
- view a history of default enrolment applications and changes made to them
- modify the mail merge code of individual enrolment applications
- delete status history records.

Grid area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Status | Status code of the status history record for the enrolment application. |
Description | Description of the status history record for the enrolment application. |
Enrol Date | Date of enrolment of the application. |
Level | Year level that the future student is enrolled in. |
Changed Date | Date the change was made to the future student's record. |
Printed Date and Printed By | Details of when the enrolment letters were printed and by whom. |
Details | Comments originating from the Application tab. See Future Student Maintenance - Applications tab. |
Merge Code | Used by stored procedures when merging mail. |
Changed by | User ID of the person who made the changes to the future student's record. |
Buttons
Button | Description |
