Description
The BarcodeField configuration setting is used to control how students are identified to the third-party provider My Student Account when they are making a purchase in the Sales Entry program. Available settings are:

ID - provide the student's Synergetic ID to My Student Account.
Barcode - provide the student's Bar Code as defined in the Codes tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Codes tab in the Current students manual.

Default value
The default value is ID. Synergetic provides the student's Synergetic ID to My Student Account.

Setting a different value
Type the new setting in the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
