Description
The luPurchaseOrderAuthorisationStatus lookup table is used to maintain purchase order authorisation statuses.
This lookup table is used to populate:
- Authorisation Status field on the Set Purchase Order Search Criteria window of Purchase Order Maintenance. See Searching for purchase orders in the Purchase orders manual.
- Status field on the Authorisation tab of Purchase Order Maintenance. See Purchase Order Maintenance - Authorisation tab in the Purchase orders manual.

Code | Code that represents the purchase order authorisation status. |
Description | Description of the purchase order authorisation status. |
SynergyMeaning | Used by Synergetic to determine the authorisation status for the selected record. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
