Communications are sent to community members.
To create a new communication:
- Either:
• click on the Set Communications Search Criteria window
• click on the Communications Maintenance toolbar
• select File > New from the main menu
• right click on the Communications Selector grid and select New
• press Ctrl + N.
• The Create New Communication - Communication window is displayed. - Enter the key details for the communication.
Tip: You can navigate and if required. - Click .
The Create New Communication - Notification window is displayed. - Enter the notification method and sender details.

Communication Code | Unique code for the communication. |

Type | Type of communication. See Maintaining communication types. |

Notify Method | Default method for notifying the community members, if required. For example, notification can be via:

From | Name of the person sending the communication. |
Sender Email | Email address of the person sending the communication. |
CC Email | Email addresses of other people in your organisation who will also receive this communication. |
