Setting attendee statuses in bulk

To set attendee statuses in bulk:

  1. Select Module > Development > Events Maintenance from the main menu.
    Tip: You can also access the development functions by clicking .

    The Set Events Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Select the event. See Searching for events.
    The Event tab of the Events Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Current Attendees tab.
    The Attendee Details sub-tab of the Current Attendees tab of the Events Maintenance window is displayed.
     
  4. Right click the grid area.
    The menu is displayed for the area.
     
  5. Select Select All.
    All grid area records are selected.


    Tip:
    Use the Ctrl and Shift keys to select multiple entries or a block of entries, respectively.

  6. Right click the grid area.
  7. Select Set Status... .

    The Set Attendee Status window is displayed.
  8. Click the Status drop-down list.
  9. Select a status.
  10. Click .
    Setting attendee statuses in bulk is complete.
