The Debtors Outstanding tab displays a list of debtors who have outstanding accounts related to the selected debtor fee type.
To open the Debtors Outstanding tab:
- Select Module > Debtors > Fee Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Debtor Fee Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the debtor functions by clicking.
- Enter the search criteria. See Searching in the Introduction manual for information on how to use the search tools.
- Click

Only Show Debtors who have had a statement produced | Restrict the list of debtors to those who have received a statement relating to this fee. |
