Use the Definition tab to define the time periods and days for which a staff schedule can be used.

Grid area fields
Field | Description |

Time From | Beginning of the time period. |
Time To | End of the time period. |
Description | Description of the time period. For example, Session 1. |
Buttons
Button | Description |
|---|---|
Add a new line to the definition grid. | |
Delete an existing line from the definition grid. | |
Define the days for the staff schedule. See Defining the days for staff schedules. | |
Reset the schedule, using the time period defaults that have been set up for your organisation.
