Running creditor Crystal Reports

There are a number of standard reports available to you to help you manage your assets. See the folder of Crystal Reports supplied to your organisation.

To access these reports, select Module > Creditors > Creditor Register Crystal Reports Available. You can browse or search through reports:

  • previously marked as 'favourites'
  • from a specific module
  • from all modules.

You can search for reports based on the report:

  • description
  • code.

Audit Creditor Records

List changes to creditor records.

Note: You must select at least one checkbox.

Creditor EFT Selection Listing

Detailed list of all amounts that are to be paid in the next EFT run.

Creditor EFT Remittance Advices

Reprint prior EFT posting for creditors who are to be notified by remittance advice.

Creditor G/L Trans History

Lists all transactions for the creditor.

Creditor Master File Listing

List of all active creditors.

Creditor List of Outstanding Transactions

List of outstanding invoices that are:

  • selected for payment
  • not selected for payment
  • about to be paid
  • not about to be paid
  • all outstanding invoices.

Creditor List of Past Payments

Lists all payments made to the creditor.

Creditor Past Paid (chq details with drill-down)

Lists all invoices paid on a cheque. If required, you can drill down to the general ledger allocations of each invoice paid.

Creditors Trial Balance

Trial balance for the current period.

Creditors Trial Balance (Prior date)

Trial balance for a previous period.

Purchase Order List

List of all outstanding and completed purchase orders.
