Paying creditors by EFT

You can pay creditors by EFT if your organisation has this facility.
In Australia, an ABA (Australian Banking Association) Auto Pay file can be created to pay for invoices that have been entered with a payment type of EFT.

How to:

• Set creditor payment types to EFT. See Creditor Maintenance - Account tab.
• Create a new EFT posting. See Creating new EFT postings.
• Close off EFT postings. See Closing off EFT postings.
• Reset EFT postings. See Resetting EFT postings.
