Use the Student Interaction sub-tab to maintain types of student interaction for the selected community member including:
- coach
- volunteer
- contractor.
To open the Student Interaction sub-tab:
- Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking.
- Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed. - Click the Involvement tab.
The Student Interaction sub-tab of the Involvement tab of Community Maintenance is displayed.

Start Date | Start date of the student interaction. |
Expiry Date | Expiry date of the student interaction. |
Description | Description of the student interaction. |
Campus | Campus linked to the student interaction. See luCampus lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Created | Date the student interaction was created. |
By | Community member that created the student interaction. |
Modified | Date the student interaction was last modified. |
By | Community member that last modified the student interaction. |
