Community Maintenance - Checks tab

Use the Checks tab to maintain child safety checks for community members including:

  • registration checks
  • reference checks
  • police checks
  • working with children checks.

 

 Opening the Checks tab

To open the Checks tab:

  1. Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.

    Tip:
    You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking
    .

  2. Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
    The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Checks tab.
    The Checks tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.

Fields

Field

Description

Check Type

Type of check. For example, Working with Children check. See luCommunityCheckType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Required Check

Whether the check is required.

Active

Whether the check is active.

Status

Status of the check. For example, Passed - Paid Work Approved. See luCommunityCheckStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Reference

Reference number of the check.

Start Date

Start date of the check.

End Date

End date of the check.

Verified Date

Date the check was verified.

Verified By

Staff member that verified the check.

Comment

Comments about the check.

Created

Date the check was created.

By

Staff member that created the check.

Modified

Date the check was last modified.

By

Staff member that last modified the check.

Buttons

Description

Add a new check.

Delete the selected check.
