Community Maintenance - IDAM tab

Use the IDAM tab to maintain community links to the IDAM (Identity and Access Manager) database.

Opening the IDAM tab

To open the IDAM tab:

Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking .
Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the IDAM tab.
The IDAM tab is displayed.

Fields

Field	Description
Record Exists in IDAM	Confirms that the current Community member has an existing IDAM record. Note: This field is automatically selected when the Community member is linked to an IDAM record. See Identity and Access Manager (IDAM) Search Results window.
IDAM Guid	Community member's 32-digit Global Unique identifier (GUID) from the IDAM server.
IDAM Login	User login to the IDAM database.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Manage the community member's link to IDAM. You can: click Link to link the Community member to IDAM click Unlink to remove the link to IDAM.
