Community Maintenance - Company tab

Use the Company tab to maintain company details for Company record types.

Note: The Company tab is not displayed for Personal record types. See Community Maintenance - Name tab.

Opening the Company tab

To open the Company tab:

Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking .
Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Company tab.
The Company tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.

The fields displayed on the Company tab for a Personal Company record type are slightly different to those displayed for a Company record type:

Fields

Field	Description
Record Type	Type of community record. Note: The Company tab is only displayed for Company and Personal Company records.
Occupation Description	Description of the company's main business. For example, Garden Maintenance.
Company	Company name.
Attention	Name of recipient within the company, if required.

Buttons

Button	Description
	The Community Names window is displayed. To override one or more community names: Select the override flag next to the field being changed. Type in the new value for the community name. Click .
