Generating absence reports to check DEEWR export data

You can check absence events data prior to conducting the DEEWR export using the following attendance Crystal Reports:

Student Absence Events Count Detailed.

Note: The calculated absence data in these reports are not the same as the DEEWR formatted data.

Note: If File Semester or Timetable Definition have not been correctly defined, only all day absences are calculated. See Configuring the Absence Events Daily Calculations.

Report	Code	Description
Student Absence Events Count Summary	STUABS- EVT- COUNT	This report uses the AbsenceEventsDailyCalc data to produce a basic count of absence events. It does not use rounded totals.
Student Absence Events Count Detailed	STUABS- EVT- COUNTSD	This report uses a student's Synergetic ID, and the Absence Date >= and Date <= dates to produce a list of absence events for each student in the selected period of time. Tip: This report may be useful to determine that absence events counts are accurate.
