Configuring SchoolCode for DEEWR export

If your organisation does not define a MCEETYASchoolCode for each campus in the luCampus lookup table, the DEEWR export identifies your organisation using the SchoolCode configuration setting.

Tip: Even if you have defined a MCEETYASchoolCode for each campus, we recommend you enter an appropriate SchoolCode.

To configure a SchoolCode for your organisation:

1. Select Module > System > File Configuration Maintenance from the Synergetic main menu.
   The Configuration File Maintenance window is displayed. See Configuration File Maintenance window in the System maintenance manual.
2. Search for MCEETYA|SchoolCode.
   The ExternalSystem:MCEETYA:SchoolCode configuration setting is selected. See MCEETYA:SchoolCode configuration setting in the System maintenance manual.
   
   Note: If this configuration key does not exist, your system administrator can add it by clicking then typing the values in the Key fields. See MCEETYA:SchoolCode configuration setting in the System maintenance manual.
3. Ensure that your organisation has the appropriate SchoolCode entered in the Value field.
4. Click.
   The SchoolCode field is updated.
