You can use the Student Report Power BI Dashboard to view and filter current student assessment data:

list of student results
list of overall class results
student results by file year
class results by file year
school results by file year.

Student Report Power BI - Interactive dashboard

You can use this interactive dashboard to explore the functionality of the Student Report Power BI Dashboard.

Student Report Power BI Dashboard key tiles

Tile	Description
Dashboard Title	Title of the dashboard. You can select a single student to display the student name next to the dashboard title.
Students	List of students. You can: search for a specific student using the Search field select a checkbox to filter the dashboard content using the selected student. Important: You need to click after viewing student data to ensure the dashboard data is accurately displayed.
Years	Select a year to filter the dashboard content by file year.
Semester	Select a file semester to filter the dashboard content by semester.
Result Type	Select one or more result types to filter the dashboard content using the selected result types. Note: You can click to view additional result types.
Class	Select a checkbox to filter the dashboard content using the selected class.
Student Results	Total number of student results.
Class Results	Total number of class results.
School Results	Total number of school results.
Student Results	List of student results for each student. You can: select a column to filter the dashboard content by the selected column value select a row to filter the dashboard content by file year.
Class Overall Results	List of overall results for each class. You can: select a column to filter the dashboard content by the selected column value select a row to filter the dashboard content by file year.
Student Results	Student results by result and file year displayed using: line charts for numeric scores bar charts for textual scores. You can: select a result from the legend to filter the dashboard by the selected result hover over the chart to view a popup displaying data for the selected year.
Class Results	Class results by result and file year displayed using: line charts for numeric scores bar charts for textual scores. You can: select a result from the legend to filter the dashboard by the selected result hover over a bar to view a popup displaying data for the selected year.
School Results	School results by result and file year displayed using: line charts for numeric scores bar charts for textual scores. You can: select a result from the legend to filter the dashboard by the selected result hover over a bar to view a popup displaying data for the selected year.
