Re-exporting assessments

Tip: Re-export assessments when an error has occurred or data on the storage device has been lost.

To re-export assessments:

Select Module > Assessments > Export Assessments to Your Computer.
The Export Assessments to Your Computer window is displayed.
Select the classes that are flagged as exported.
Click .
The following message is displayed.
Type export.
Click .
The About to Export Data window is displayed.
If you are writing to a storage device, type the path for the drive in the Path field.

Note: If you are exporting to a notebook, you do not need to change the Path field. Synergetic copies the export file directly to the correct directory on the notebook's hard disk.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Either:
• click to export a class for another teacher and/or class
• click to finish.
The classes are available to work with on your home PC or notebook.
