Process for maintaining student results

Learning areas, subjects and subject assessment criteria are maintained by the responsible individuals at your organisation. For example:

  • Curriculum Coordinator
  • Academic Reports Officer
  • Database Administrator.

Once these have all been set up, the teachers are able to enter results for their students.
You can enter and maintain student results:

  • at your organisation on a computer linked to the network
  • on a notebook computer that you use at home or at your organisation
  • on a home computer.

If you work on a notebook or home computer, you must either:

  • transfer the results to the local Synergetic database so that Synergetic holds the master copy of all student results
  • use SynWeb from a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, if SynWeb is installed at your organisation.
