Changes Since are operated via internal Synergetic Event Broker. If any issue happens during the SIF Changes Since operation related Action Message is raised to notify the users.
For Warnings SYS_EventBroker_I action message is raised with the relevant details.
For Errors SYS_EventBroker_A action message is raised with the relevant details.
Users need to subscribe to each of the action message types to be notified of any Changes Since incident.
