Mail profiles - ErrorMessage 'profile name is not valid'

You may find that emails are not being received.

This can occur where mail profiles have not been made publically available.

You can further troubleshoot this by running the following in MS SQL Server.

SELECT * FROM media.SystemEmail

If you see entries where the ErrorMessage = 'profile name is not valid', then the associated profile is not accessible to the agent runing the job to process email.

The resoultion is to either make these publically available or to give explicit permissions to the relevant user (ie. zSynergetic_AUVIC_CDA_68PRD_ServerLogin)
