Connecting Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) to Synergetic Hosted

This article shows the steps to connect your Azure AD Hosted (now known as Microsoft Entra ID) to your Synergetic Hosted authentication mechanism.

Prerequisites: Education Horizons will provide you with an Identifier, which you will need to complete this process

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

In the Azure AD Portal, navigate to the list of Enterprise Application and click on New application.

Click on Create your own application, keep the default option of Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery) and click Create.

Click on Single sign-on

Select the SAML option.

Edit the Basic SAML Configuration and Add the Identifier that you have been provided
and https://education-horizons-p1.fusionauth.io/samlv2/acs as the Reply URL.
Click on Save.

Download the Certificate (Base64) and copy the Login URL.
Share the certificate file and the Login URL with Education Horizons securely.
You will be contacted once the certificate and Login URL have been applied to your hosted environment’s configuration

Lastly go to Users and Groups and assign Synergetic Users Permissions to it
