The following are processes you should attempt often to avoid last minute stress.
- Utilise your test server if one exists. Your IT team should be able to restore backups often to allow you to repeat steps
- Using a staff member with students at your school to test against
- Produce printed and archived reports. Whole runs can be produced for a handful of students without too much impact to return to its original state. If stored you should be able to manually delete these reports via the DocMan tab of Current Student Maintenance
- Run result calculations and formulas early and often
- Ensure absence/attendance calculations are correct
