Copying representative year groups

To copy representative year groups:

1. Open Primary Time.
   The Year Group Allocation tab is displayed.
   
   
   Tip: Select Allocation > Year Group from the main menu, if already using Primary Time.
    
2. Select the Year Group drop-down list.
   
3. Select the representative Year Group to be copied.
   
4. Click .
   The Copy Allocations dialog window is displayed.
   
5. Select a Year Group in the Exclude area.
   
   Note: Existing allocations will be overwritten during copying.
   
   Tip: Press the Ctrl key and click to select multiple entries.
    
6. Click .
   The selected year groups are moved to the Include area.
   
7. Click .
   The representative year group allocations are copied to the included year groups.
