Description
Use the LinkInstalmentsAndPlansFlag configuration setting to determine whether instalment charges (maintained using the Instalments tab) and payment plan payment preferences (entered on Payment Plans tab of the Community Portal and maintained using the Automatic Payments sub-tab) are linked. When this flag is set to:
- True the Instalments tab and Automatic Payments sub-tab are linked and updating the information on one tab automatically updates the other
- False the Instalments tab and Automatic Payments sub-tab can be updated independently.
Default value
The default value is True. Instalment charges and payment plan payments are linked.
Setting a different value
Select the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to unlink instalment charges and payment plan payments. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
