Description
Use the ReasonDescription configuration setting to change the format of the absence description displayed in the Reason column on the Attendances tab.
Default value
The default value is 2. Only the absence reason description is displayed.
Setting a different value
Type a different value into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the format used for absence reasons displayed in the Reason column on the Attendances tab. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
